If you're looking for time, chances are you won't find it. Not very easily that is. But you have to work for the things you want and MAKE the time.
Don't have time to exercise?
Don't have time to make healthy eating decisions?
Don't have time to see someone you haven't seen in a long time?
Don't have time to make a phone call to that person you've been meaning to call?
Don't have time to... you fill in the blank...
I dare you to write down everything you do at every hour throughout the day. Do this for a few days. Maybe a week. When you've had a chance to reflect on the things you've done, then tell me you don't have time. I bet you will find that you can shift some things around and make time for the things you really want in life. There's probably a lot of "wasted" or "unused" time throughout your day. Change that and make your life what you want it to be.
